Terms of Service

GENERAL✧ Client must give proper credits to @kaituren_ as their rigger or ママ and will NOT claim the rigged output as their own.✧ I have the rights to refuse the commission.✧ I have the rights to use the commission on my portfolio.✧ I have the right to tweet teasers and post a showcase of the rigged model UNLESS I am told to keep it a secret or an NDA is involved.✧ If the client will avail of @kaituren_ 's service then it is assumed that the client has read and understood @kaituren_ 's Terms of Service.✧ If any new rigging is done on the raw model file given, credits must still be given to @kaituren, as the original or base rigger.✧ NOT allowed to resell the model without permission from the rigger, @kaituren

PAYMENT & PRICING✧ 50% down-payment is required before @kaituren_ will start on rigging the model. The remaining 50% can be paid after she finished the model and has sent proof.✧ Client may pay full upfront if preferred.✧ @kaituren_ will send proof once the rigging is done. Model files will only be sent to the client after @kaituren_ has received the remaining 50% balance.REFUNDS✧ NO refunds; Cancellations will only be entertained if the rigging is still ongoing. If a cancellation occurs, the initial payment of 50% will NOT be refunded.PRICING✧ Pricing already includes a commercial fee. In which, Client can use the rigged model for streaming and content purposes.✧ If client is under an agency, there will be an additional charge of 50% of the base rig price (excluding add-ons).INCLUSIONS✧ Raw model project (.cmo3) file will NOT be provided, only the model files. Model files refer to the files needed to run the model on VTube Studio or other face tracking software for L2D VTubers.✧ If client wishes to have a copy of the raw model file (.cmo3) used for Live2D software, an additional payment of 2x the rig price is required.

DEADLINES+DELIVERY✧ Turn around time is 3-6 weeks, depending on complexity and my current schedule. More time may be needed if I have a busy schedule which I will inform ahead of time.REVISIONS✧ If there are any problems or concerns with the finished model, Client may approach @kaituren_ so she may address them.✧ Revisions are allowed while the model is in progress up until 4 weeks after the final model files have been provided. If the 4 week period has elapsed, revisions will only be entertained if there are technical errors or mistakes on the part of the rigger, (@kaituren).USE✧ Rigged model can be used for personal, streaming and content purposes.COMMUNICATION✧ Updates can be given through discord, twitter or VGEN✧ @kaituren can be contacted through discord, twitter, or VGEN dms

DIRECT PAYMENT METHODS: Paypal, Local banks or Gcash for PH based only
